I cannot believe how great my leather coat looks. It had a rip, and was quite faded with age. I was delighted with the result! Looks like new, and cannot even notice the repaired rip. Also, can’t beat that they picked it up, AND dropped off at my home in Brockville!

My well-worn leather coat was showing its age with scratches and colour fade that made it look old and tired. I’m a handy guy and like saving money, so I investigated what it would take to restore the coat myself. By the time I bought enough leather deglazer, dye, resolene, sponges and applicators, I would have spent about $120 on materials alone. There were also enough warnings (and horror stories) online about how leather restoration is an art-form and how easily an amateur can ruin their garment. So, I looked into professional restoration services and came across LoveYourLeather.ca I contacted them asking for a quote and provided pictures of my coat. I heard back from Tony and Karen the same day and got a quote of $135 plus taxes. The reviews were good, so I decided to go for it. The price included free pick up and delivery between their facility in Toronto and my home in Ottawa, since my address fell under their catchment area. The coat was picked up the week I contacted them and delivered 2 weeks later. The pictures below speak for themselves. This was definitely worth the money. I took my sheepskin coat to Love Your Leather to have it shortened about 5 inches. There was a beautiful ornate design at the hem line (about 2" square). I thought I was going to lose it, but the tailor said she could save it. The coat was delivered today and it is perfect. Many thanks to the tailor who worked on my coat: she did an awesome job. Although I phoned the store today to give my compliments to the tailor on the fantastic work she did on my sheepskin coat, I wanted to write a review for others to see. Another comment I would like to make is regard-ng the delivery of my coat. I had taken the coat out to Love Your Leather in a very large white plastic bag. I asked if she could please return the plastic bag since I will use it for a coat that I put in storage every Spring. When my coat arrived, the coat was encased in clear plastic bag and was on a hanger inside a beautiful garment bag. The white bag was in the bottom and so was the leather from the sheepskin coat that was cut off during the alteration. Thank you, thank you, Love Your Leather, and a very special thank you to the tailor who did a masterful job on my sheepskin coat.

Love Your Leather was given my 18 year old motorcycle jacket to clean & restore, the collar was worn out in places and the leather cuffs had worn through, their communication and caring service was exemplary, would definitely use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends! Our leather ottoman was stained with water from an air conditioning company that came to clean our air conditioner. It took the colour right off the top of the ottoman. Tony phoned & was very sceptical about the outcome. It was delivered today & it looks like new. Thank you Tony for your professionalism!

My Parajumper leather jacket had a hole right at the front . I contacted them and they came with two options which I picked changing the whole panel. They picked the closest leather ( colour and quality) and fixed it . I can’t even say what panel was changed 🙂 They did such a wonderful job . I’m going to recommend their service to everyone.

They fixed my old Prada Purse. Small repair. not because I asked can you? But because they are helpful and they said of course we can. And did not charge me. They are helpful and fantastic.

Yesterday, August 19th, 2021, I dropped into the shop with my leather jacket that had a noticeable spot in the front. My jacket which I love and had bought in Florence, Italy is a very different colour, I guess you could say two toned. Tony, the owner looked at the spot, explained what it might be and because of the colouring what may or may not happen when dealt with, it was not straight forward. He suggested something he could try right then and there. It worked. I was so happy. Thank you Tony, you were great. I did some research and found Tony who understood my unique attachment to the chair and took on a project that I thought was impossible – you only need to see the before pictures. Despite being Toronto’s largest leather cleaning and restoration centre he took time to personally understand my goals before the work began. The result was miraculous as you can see and I am so genuinely happy to have my chair back to join me in this, my second half.

I left my fine, but weathered, worn out looking leather coat exactly 2 weeks ago and picked it up today. WOW, I was blown away when they presented the coat! It looks new and so soft to the touch. We were thrilled when we bought two large comfy Ethan Allen leather sofas for a good price. We were however dismayed when a few years later the brown (not leather)began to peel off -leaving an ugly gold leather beneath.
